ORDER
This criminal original petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondent to register the FIR based on the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.2254
of 2021 dated 23.12.2021 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate-II Court at Tambaram, Chennai.
2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, a case in Crime No. 633 of 2022 was registered by the respondent police on 01.11.2022 for the offence punishable under section 420 IPC.
