This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every alternate days at 10.30 a.m, for a period of three months imposed in Crl.OP.No.14152 of 2024 dated 26.06.2024.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly and he has no previous case and further investigation is not yet completed.

3. Considering the nature of offence, and the petitioner is complying with the condition, and investigation is not completed, this Court is inclined to modify the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police at 10.30 a.m., on every first working day of English Calendar month for a period of three months.
