This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.15,00,000/- to the credit of Crime No. 45 of 2024 before the concerned Magistrate within a period of two weeks from the date on which the order copy made ready in Crl.M.P.No. 11075 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.14643 of 2024 dated 02.08.2024.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that she tendered her resignation and she is not working in the institution at present. Hence, she has no source of income for running the family and she is living in a rented house and she has also no sufficient balance in the bank account maintained by her. So, she could not comply the said condition imposed by this court. Hence, the present petition has been filed to modify the condition.

3. Mr.Silambanan, learned senior counsel appearing for intervenor raised strong objections stating that all these days, any of the conditions imposed by this court not complied by the petitioner and she is a Dean of the College. Hence, he prayed to dismiss this petition.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances and also considering the reasons stated by the petitioner in the petition as such is unjustifiable one, this Court is not inclined to modify the condition imposed by this court. However, since the anticipatory bail was granted on 15.07.2024, time is extended for further period of two weeks for depositing the amount from the date of receipt of copy of this order, failing which, anticipatory bail granted to the petitioner shall be cancelled automatically. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed. 20.09.2024 rpp 2/3
