Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 7th Respondent along with the 1st to 6th and 8th Respondents to take action on the basis of Representation dated 02.01.2025 issued by the petitioner, against the 10th Respondent.

This writ petition has been filed for direction to the 7th Respondent along with the 1st to 6th and 8th Respondents to take action on the basis of Representation dated 02.01.2025 issued by the petitioner, against the 10th Respondent.

Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the seventh respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the complaint lodged by the petitioner and, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and counter parties i.e. respondents 10 and 11, and giving them opportunity of personal hearing, to pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of this order.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
