Subsequently, the matter was posted on 05.06.2023. On 05.06.2023, when the matter was called, there was no representation for the appellant. Hence, the Registry was directed to post the matter under the caption 'for dismissal' on 06.06.2023. Even today, there is no representation for the appellant.
