This petition has been filed to call for the entire records concerned in C.C.No.52 of 2011 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate-I, Cuddalore, Cuddalore District and quash the same in so far as the petitioner is concerned.

2. It is seen that when the matter was posted on 27.10.2017 "For Admission" no one was represented on behalf of the petitioner, hence it was adjourned. Thereafter, for the past 2 1⁄2 of years, the learned counsel has not taken any steps to list the matter for admission. It shows that the petitioner has no interest to pursue the matter. than 2 1⁄2 of years without even ordering notice. Now after the lapse of 2 1⁄2 of years period, this petition cannot be considered and this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition.
