This writ petition has been filed to direct the Third Respondent to cancel the Pattas issued in favour of Thiru. B. Dakshinamoorthy and Thiru. B. Ganapathy in respect of properties situated in Ninnakarai Village, in Survey Nos. 97/7A, 146/2, 147/1, 89/2A & 89/2C Village, Kattankulathur Union, Chengalpattu Taluk in Joint patta Nos. 430, 811, 863 & 819 and Another Property situated in Kumaran Medu Village in Kattankulathur union in Patta No 312, in Survey No 54/7A, 134/1, 104/3, 202, 209/1B1, 55/2, 60/2, 70/7, 71/1B1 and 71/1B3 (12/1 Pa. Sa. No ) (Pu. Survey No 253/26, 252/27) and as the Release Deed has been cancelled, to restore the names as 2/5
it was earlier by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 26.02.2024.

Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 26.02.2024 and, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and counter parties, if any and giving them personal opportunity of hearing, to pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
3. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
