This petition has been filed to extend the time to execute the sureties as per the order dated 01.08.2024 passed in Crl.O.P.No.17656 of 2024.

2. Heard both sides.

Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) and the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the reasons stated in the affidavit that since the petitioner had taken care of her aunt who underwent treatment in Andhrapradesh, she was unable to comply the condition, this Court is inclined to extend the time for a period of one month.

Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
