This Application has been filed only to amend the case number as C.S.No.710 of 2008 (Comm.Suit) instead of C.S.No.710 of 2008 which was disposed on 13.04.2023.

2. The suit is of the year 2008. Subsequently, the commercial division was established in the year, 2013 and thus, by oversight, the word 'Commercial Suit' was not included in the cause title.

3. By an order dated 18.08.2021, there was a direction of this Court to re-number the suit as Commercial suit. It appears that an appeal also has been filed against the judgment and decree passed by this Court on 13.04.2024 before the Hon'ble Division Bench.

4. Considering the same, there shall be a direction to the registry to incorporate necessary correction and issue a fresh copy of the judgment and decree.

5. Accordingly, this Application is ordered.
