The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner on 02.01.2024 in Crl.M.P.No.20119 of 2023 that the petitioner shall report the respondent police weekly once ie., every Saturday at 10.30 am until further orders.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

Considering the representation made by both side counsels and considering the nature of offence involved in this case and the fact that the investigation was almost completed and the petitioner is complying with the condition without fail, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto.
