ORDER

The present criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to complete the investigation in in Crime No.110 of 2015 and file a final report before the concerned Court within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. The case of the petitioner is that he has lodged a complaint with the respondent police on 20.5.2015 as against one Sathish Kumar and two others and the same was registered in Crime No.110 of 2015 for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 352, 448, 506(ii) and 379 (NP) I.P.C. and Section 3 of PPDL Act. Though the said complaint was registered in May 2015, till date, there is no progress in the said complaint. Hence, the petition.

3. I have heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court directs the respondent to investigate the case in Crime No.110 of 2015 pending on his file and file a final report as expeditiously as possible. The Criminal Original Petition is ordered accordingly.
