Heard Mr. T.Sivagnanasambandan, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. P.Balathandayutham, Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the Respondents and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties.

The Writ Petition has been filed for directing the Second, Third and Fourth Respondents to regularize her service by considering the representation dated 20.03.2017 made by the Petitioner.

It is brought to notice that the Petitioner along with one K.Ravi has filed another Writ Petition in W.P. No. 2669 of 2017 for regularization of their service. In view of the same, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission of the Court to withdraw this Writ Petition reserving the rights of the Petitioner to raise all the contentions in W.P. No. 2669 of 2017 when it is taken up for hearing. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the court record.

In fine, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid clarifications. No costs.
