2. Heard Mr.S.Ezhilraj, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.P.Harish, learned Government Advocate appearing for respondents 1 and 2. Though notices sent to respondents 3 to 5 have been served on 12.11.2024, 13.11.2024 and 14.11.2024 respectively, they have not entered appearance.

3. Considering the submissions made on either side and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is allowed. The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment and post the writ petition on 20.12.2024.
