This application is filed seeking to condone the delay of 265 days in filing application to restore the writ petition which was dismissed for non-prosecution.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.A.L.Manibharathi, learned counsel appearing for the respondent.

3. This Court, after having perused the contents of the affidavit, is convinced that the petitioner is able to substantiate sufficient cause for the delay of 265 days in filing the application. In this circumstances, the delay is condoned.
