This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the private complaint made in S.T.C. No.397 of 2022 on the file of Judicial Magistrate Court at Sankarapuram at Kallakurichi..

2. Today, when the matter taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that already the matter was settled between the parties. Hence, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. 3.

In view of the submissions and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
