The captioned writ petition has been filed assailing the impugned order passed by the 2nd respondent in Ref.No.190/0012/HO/SWD/SR/PEN/2017 dated 02.05.2017 and further direct the respondents to revise pension and disburse the arrears of pension to the petitioners. 2/5

2. On 08.01.2026, this Court recorded the Memo dated 08.01.2026 filed by the learned counsel for the petitioner stating that he has given a change of vakalat to the petitioners' long back and handed over the entire bundle to the petitioners in November 2019 itself and directed the Registry to delete the name of Mr.S.Ilamvaludi, learned counsel for the petitioners and print the name of the petitioners in the cause list.

3. Despite the name of the petitioners being shown in the cause list, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners either in person or through alternate counsel, today.

4. In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
