ORDER

Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the respondents 2 and 3 filed a memo dated 06.12.2019 stating that they preferred an appeal in WA.No.3454 of 2019 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Cont.P.No.1735 of 2019 as against the order dated 22.01.2019 passed by this Court in WP.No.1287/2019, arising out of which is the present contempt petition; pending the same, the Full Bench of this Court rendered a reference holding that the casual labourers rendered service prior to 01.04.2003 are not entitled to count half of their past service for the purpose of determination of qualifying service for pension; and hence, they prayed to close this contempt petition. 2.In view of the decision of the Full Bench, this contempt petition stands closed, leaving it open to the petitioner to redress his grievances in the manner known to law. The aforesaid memo filed by the respondents 2 and 3 is recorded.
