ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in order dated 21.08.2019 in Crl.M.P.No.4350 of 2019 passed by the learned Principal Sessions Court of Kancheepuram at Chengalpattu.
2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that though the learned Sessions Judge had imposed the condition on 21.08.2019 directing the petitioners to report before the respondent police daily at 10.00 am for 30 days, the petitioners have not complied with such condition and they have not reported even for a single day.
3.In view of the same, no indulgence is required in this petition. Accordingly, this criminal original petition stands dismissed.
