This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for seeking direction to provide protection at the petitioner's property being the land measuring an extent of 3405 square feet, situated at Plot No.27, Thanthai Periyar Nagar, comprised in Old survey Nos.10,11,13/1,13/2 & 14/1A, T.S.No.63, Karai Village, Vellore District https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on receipt of the complaint the respondent issued in C.S.R.No.992 to the petitioner herein and subsequently, it was closed on 11.11.2019 itself.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the prayer sought for in this petition cannot be granted.
