Crl.M.P.No.15881 of 2022 Crl.M.P.No.15881 of 2022 in Crl.OP.No.21523 of 2022 A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J., This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner on her release from prison shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter, every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders imposed in Crl.O.P.No.21523 of 2022 by order dated 09.09.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) would also submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions.

4. In view of the above submissions, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.21523 of 2022 by an order dated 09.09.2022, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on the first day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. If it is a holiday, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on the next working day.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
