This petition has been filed to enlarge the petitioner on bail in the event of his arrest in Crime No. 261 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the deceased borrowed a money from one Senthil Kumar and lend it to Kanjavas/A1. Thereafter, the deceased gave a sum of Rs.3,75,000/- to the Ashok Raj/A3 as loan. The deceased person asked to return the said amount but they did not return the amount. Thereafter, the said Senthil Kumar and harassed the deceased to return the amount with principal and interest. Susequently, due to persistent harassment, on 03.04.2024, the deceased wrote a suicide note and committed suicide by hanging. Hence, the case.

3. Heard both sides.

4. Considering the the fact that the deceased committed suicide by writing suicide note. This case needs detailed investigation. Hence, this Court is not inclined to allow this petition. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
