This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in para (7)(b) in Crl.O.P.No.21422 of 2022 dated 14.09.2022 by this Court. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was granted bail in Crl.O.P.No.21422 of 2022 with a condition to report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m. and 05.30 p.m., until further orders. He would also submit that the petitioner is facing life threat from the counter parties. Hence, he seeks for modification of condition to appear in a nearby police station.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly. He would also submit that the petitioner is facing life threat and the respondent police has also given a report to that effect.

4. Considering the said submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the Mayiladuthurai Town Police Station everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
