This petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking anticipatory bail, who apprehend arrest for the alleged offences under Sections 316(2), 318(2), 351(2) of BNS, 2023 based on complaint given by the defacto complainant.

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submits that as on date, petitioners are not arrived as accused and submits that the enquiry has been conducted based on the complaint given by the defacto complainant and they were not harassed during the enquiry. He also further submits that the enquiry will be completed as early as possible.

Recording the above said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this criminal original petition is dismissed.
