Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of mandamus directing the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders for granting patta to the petitioner in respect of the lands measuring 196 Sq.Ft comprised in Survey No. 1279/13 of Kuniyamuthur Village Coimbatore Taluk and District as per the petitioner representation dated 05.04.2016 and consequently direct 2nd and 3rd respondents to remove the underground water pipelines given to the 4th and 5th respondents house from Survey No. 1279/13 and to lay the underground water pipelines to 4th and 5th respondent in the petitioner patta lands comprised in Survey No. 1279/14 which is lying adjacent to Survey No. 1279/13.

ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to seek the same relief before the Civil Court and he has also made an endorsement in the petition to that effect.
