[Order of the Court was made by S.S.SUNDAR, J.,] (1)The present writ petition has been filed seeking a mandamus to direct the 1st respondent to transfer the petitioner's husband, convict prisoner Mr.Lakshmipathy, S/o.Rajendran, CT No.16804, from the 3rd respondent Prison to the 4th respondent Prison by considering the petitioner's representation dated 09.08.2023.

(2)The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions, submitted that the representation of the petitioner dated 09.08.2023 is under consideration.

(3)Accordingly, the 1st respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation/request dated 09.08.2023 in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner herein. (4)The writ petition stands disposed of.
