This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records and quash the proceedings in C.C.No.81 of 2017 on the file of the learned

District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate, Pennagaram, Dharmapuri District.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the case registered against the petitioner ended in acquittal by an order of the learned District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate, Pennagaram in C.C.No.81 of 2017 on 21.06.2022.

4. In view of the above submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), nothing survives for further consideration in this Petition.
