This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.13402 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.20381 of 2021 dated 15.12.2021 passed by this Court to report before the respondent police monthly once i.e., on Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m until further orders.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.
3. The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) for the respondent would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions.
4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No. 13402 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.20381 of 2021 dated 15.12.2021 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Nannilam on the 1st working day of every month at 10.30am., until further orders. 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
