This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking anticipatory bail, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offences under Sections 296(b), 115(2), 351(2)(3), 118(1) of BNS, 2023 based on complaint given by the defacto complainant.

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submits that the complaint given by the defacto complainant was assigned as CSR.No.631 of 2024 and petition enquiry is pending. He also further submits that the petition enquiry will be completed as early as possible.

Recording the above said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this criminal original petition is dismissed.
