ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for direction to the respondents to implement the order in GO.Ms.No.146, Transport (C) Department dated 30.11.2015 and to revise the pay scales of the petitioners in the pay scale of Rs.7500-250-12000 with a grade pay of Rs.4900/- and to effect the further revision of pay scales and to compute the retiral benefits taking note all the revision of pay scales. 2/4

The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the second respondent submitted that the petitioners are eligible for revision of their scales of pay as per the order in GO.Ms.No.146, Transport (C) Department dated 30.11.2015.

In view of the above submission, the second respondent is directed to implement the order in GO.Ms.No.146, Transport (C) Department dated 30.11.2015 and to revise the scales of pay of the petitioners within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
