This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No. 10520 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.16576 of 2023, dated 29.07.2024, that the petitioner shall report before the CBCID, Vellore monthly once on first day of every English month calender at 10.30 a.m.. until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No. 10520 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.16576 of 2023, dated 29.07.2024, that the petitioner shall report before the CBCID, Vellore monthly once on first day of every English month calender at 10.30 a.m.. until further orders is relaxed.
