Respondent/Complainant Prayer:- This Petition filed under section 397 and 401 Cr.P.C., to call for the records relating to the order passed by CCB & CBCID, Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai dated 15.05.2019 passed in Crl.M.P.No.2474 of 2015 in C.C.No.1365 of 2012 and set aside the same and discharge the petitioner from the criminal case also from all the charges.

ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that there was no stay subsequently the trial Court has framed charges and the witnesses LW1 to LW3 have been summoned and the case stands posted for examination of witnesses on 19.11.2019 .

2. In view of the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that charges have been framed, the criminal revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. The petitioner is at liberty to raise all the grounds at the time of trial.
