ORDER

This writ petition is filed to direct the first respondent to dispose the appeal dated 15.05.2023 filed by the petitioner.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that the petitioner's appeal dated 15.05.2023 has already been considered by the first respondent and order was also passed on 14.12.2023. Therefore, the prayer in this writ petition has become infructuous.

3. Recording the aforesaid submission, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
