2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that a case has been 1/4

registered in Crime No.85 of 2019 by the respondent police, thereafter final report was taken on file in C.C.No.31 of 2022 pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Bhavani without any progress and it is still in the stage of framing of charges and the case is posted on 10.10.2022.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that in this case charge has been framed and the case is now riped for trial and witness summon has to be issued for prosecution and for production of documents on 11.11.2022.

4. Recording the same, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Bhavani is hereby directed to dispose of the C.C.No.31 of 2022 without any unnecessary adjournments within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
