This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Coimbatore to release a sum of Rs.9 lakhs, which was deposited as bail condition in Crime No.90 of 2010 on the file of the Inspector of Police, City Crime Branch, Coimbatore District to the petitioner herein.

2. Heard both sides and perused the records.

Considering the fact that the case is of the year 2010, this Court directs the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Coimbatore to expedite the trial and dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
