O R D E R
(Order of the Court was made by M.Sundar, J.) Mr.S.Arivazhagan, learned counsel on record for writ petitioner sought leave of this Court to withdraw the captioned 'Writ Petition' {hereinafter 'WP' for the sake of brevity} but made a plea to preserve all rights and contentions of the writ petitioner to send a fresh representation qua restoration of land without any plea regarding damages, saying so, learned counsel has made an endorsement in the case file and a scanned reproduction of the same is as follows:

2. Aforementioned endorsement is reiterated in the hearing.
3. We make it clear that if a fresh representation is given by the writ petitioner as regards the subject matter of this WP, the same shall be considered by R1 as expeditiously as the business of R1 would permit but in any event, within eight weeks from the date of receipt of fresh representation. Though obvious, we make it clear that disposal of fresh representation (if any) by R1 shall be on its own merits and in accordance with law untrammeled by withdrawal of the captioned WP.
