When the matter is taken up for hearing today i.e on 18.11.2021, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, subsequent to the filing of the Writ Petition, the respondent renewed the passport bearing No.L.6467882 and the same was issued to the petitioner, therefore, the prayer sought for in the Writ Petition has become infructuous. 2.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
