O R D E R
The Petitioner/wife has come up with this Petition, seeking transfer of F.C.O.P.No.182 of 2019 from the file of the Family Court, at Chengalpattu, to the file of the Family Court, at Chennai.
2. Learned counsel for the Petitioner submitted that the Petitioner/wife is willing to shift her residence from Urapakkam to Chennai, as her place of employment is at Guindy, Chennai.
3. Learned counsel appearing for the Respondent/husband submitted that, the Respondent is residing at Vijayawada, and that, he has no objection if the case is transferred to the Family Court at Chennai.
4. It is seen that the marriage between the Petitioner and the Respondent took place in 2013 and through the wedlock, they have a girl child. This Court posed a question as to whether there is a possibility of reunion between the Petitioner and the Respondent, at least in the interest of the girl child. To the said suggestion, learned counsel for the Petitioner/wife submitted that, the Petitioner/wife is willing to attend all the Counselling sessions, once the case is transferred to the Family Court at Chennai.
5. Taking note of the fact that the parties are willing to attend the Counselling sessions, and as the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Respondent/husband has to anyway travel all the way from Vijayawada to attend the case proceedings in Chengalpattu, in the better interest of both parties, the proceedings in F.C.O.P.No.182 of 2019 is withdrawn from the file of the Family Court, Chengalpattu and is transferred to the file of the Family Court, at Chennai, for trial.

The Family Court, Chennai, is expected to conclude the trial, as expeditiously as possible, without adjourning the matter beyond 30 working days at any point of time, to bring the issue to a logical end. The Family Court, Chennai, shall conduct mediation sessions between the parties, to enable them arrive at a settlement.
7. The parties shall shed their ego and take all possible steps to reunite, bearing in mind the interest of their child. This Court expects the Petitioner/wife to attend all the counselling sessions without fail, and she shall not seek unnecessary adjournments, as the Respondent/husband has to travel all the way from Vijayawada to Chennai. The Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected C.M.P.Nos.23585 and 23587 of 2019 are closed.
