This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking anticipatory bail, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offences under Sections 126(2), 118(1), 296(b), 351(3) of BNS, 2023 based on complaint given by the defacto complainant.

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submits that no complaint has been received as against the petitioner as on date. He further submits that in other cases, NBW was pending as against this petitioner. He also further submits that if any interrogation is necessary, the petitioner will be served notice for the same.

Recording the above said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this criminal original petition is dismissed.
