Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time granted by this Hon`ble Court on 25-11-2021 made in Crl.OP.NO. 22292 of 2021 and pass such other or further orders as this Hon`ble Court deems fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.PARTHIBAN, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.A.GOKULAKRISHNAN, Additional public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to extend the time granted to the petitioner on 25.11.2021 in Crl.O.P.No.22292 of 2021 to execute sureties.
