Ka. No. A2 / 1436 / 2020 dated 28.06.2022 issued by 3rd respondent within the time frame fixed by this Honorable Court based on petitioners representation dated 25.06.2021.

2. Learned Special Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that within a period of two weeks, joint inspection would be carried out and depending upon the inspection report, further steps, in accordance with law, would be undertaken.

3. In view of the said statement, no further orders are required in this writ petition. The writ petition, as such, stands disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.
