Respondents PETITION filed under Article 226 of The Constitution of India praying for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to consider the genuine claim of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders for relaxation of Rule 5(a)(ii) of the Special Rule for the appointment as Jeep Driver issued in G.O.Ms.No.46, Backward Classes Most Backward Classes and Minorities Welfare (MWRU) Department dated 01.08.2014 pertaining to the Upper Age limit fixed for appointment to the Post of Jeep Driver by recruitment by transfer, in favour of the petitioner so as to enable the petitioner to be appointed to the said post within a limited time frame as deem fit.
