The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking for a direction, directing the respondent to register the complaint dated 05.03.2016 given by the petitioner and investigate the same in accordance with law.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has given a complaint to the respondent 05.03.2016, however, the respondent has not shown any interest to enquire the matter and to register an FIR. Hence, the petitioner has come forward with this petition for the above stated relief.
3.At this juncture, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, a case in Crime No.52 of 2016 on the file of the respondent police has been registered for offences punishable under Sections 294(b) and 506(i) IPC. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
