Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. Until further orders imposed in Crl.O.P.No.15545 of 2021 order dated 31.08.2021 passed in the Anticipatory Bail order of this Hon'ble Court and pass such further orders. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.T.G.RAVICHANDRAN, Advocate for the petitioner, and of M/S.A.GOKULAKRISHNAN, Additional Public Prosecutor, on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.15545 of 2021 on 31.08.2021.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to that effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
