This application coming on this day before this court for hearing the court made the following order:

It is represented by the learned counsel for the applicant that subsequent to the order of this Court dated 19.01.2022, now the minor child has got Visa as well as OCI Card.

2.Recording the same, this application is dismissed as infructuous. 3.At request of the learned counsel for the respondent for filing counter the Original Petition is adjourned to 28.04.2022. It is made clear that no further time will be granted, and on that day the matter will be decided in accordance with law.
