JUDGMENT

(Delivered by the Hon'ble Acting Chief Justice) When the writ appeal is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the appellant submitted that pursuant to the order of this Court dated 01.11.2022, the request of the appellant was considered and the category of the appellant was changed from "General" to "Other Backward Community" in the Score Card and, therefore, nothing survives for consideration in this appeal. She has also produced the revised Score Card issued by the Senior Director, NTA.

2. In view of the above, nothing survives for consideration in this appeal and, accordingly, the writ appeal is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.
