C.M.P.Nos.26 and 27 of 2022 in C.R.P.No.1141 of 2019 N.SESHASAYEE.J., C.M.P.No.26 of 2022 is filed to bring on record the proposed respondents 8 to 10 as the legal representatives of the deceased 5th respondent and rank them as respondents 8 to 10 in the above C.R.P.

2.C.M.P.No.27 of 2022 is filed to appoint the 8th proposed respondent, as the guardian of minor respondents 9 and 10 and permit her to prosecute on their behalf in the above C.R.P.

3.Mr.Ridhhim Ssharma, the learned counsel enters appearance for R8 and also for R9 and R10.
