VS 1 LAKSHMI [ RESPONDENTS ] 2 A.SARANYA 3 A.ANAND 4 K.SHANTHI 5 K.P.PALANIVELU 6 A.SHANTHI Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to stay all further proceedings pursuant to the judgment and decree passed in MCOP.No.69 of 2010 dated 20th January 2017 on the file of the learned Motor Accident Claims Tribunal (Special District Court, Salem) (IN CMP.No.8682 of 2017) pending disposal of the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal (CMA.No.1640 of 2017).

Order : This petition coming on this day for hearing upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.T.K.PREMKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.S.KARTHIK RAJA, Advocate for the first to fourth respondents and of MR.P.VALLIAPPAN, Advocate for the fifth respondent and of MR.DEEPAN UDAY, Advocate on behalf of the sixth respondent, the court made the following order:- This Court, by order dated 12.06.2017, granted an order of interim stay on condition to deposit the entire award amount by the appellant / insurance company, within a period of four weeks. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Today, when the case is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the appellant insurance company, on instructions, submitted that the conditional order dated 12.06.2017 has been duly complied with by the appellant.

3.In view of the above, interim order already granted is made absolute and this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered accordingly.
