This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to amend the C.C.No.236 of 2019 instead of C.C.No.239 of 2019 in the prayer in Crl.M.P.No.15397 of 2022 in Crl.RC.No.1386 of 2022 order dated 06.10.2022.

2. There is no provision in the Code of Criminal Procedure to amend any petition. Therefore, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.

3. The petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh petition in Crl.M.P.No.15397 of 2022.
