(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) On 08.06.2023, when the matter was called out, adjournment was sought by the petitioner. The matter was adjourned to 20.07.2023. On that date, none appeared for the petitioner. Again, the matter was adjourned to 11.10.2023. On 11.10.2023 also, adjournment was sought by the petitioner. On the said date, we had observed that if on the next date the matter is not argued, the writ petition would be dismissed. The matter was adjourned to 18.10.2023. Today, none appears for the petitioner. The writ petition is dismissed. Consequently, W.M.P.Nos.7018 and 7019 of 2017 are also dismissed.
