... Respondents This case came up for settlement before the National Lok Adalat. The learned counsel for the appellant Ms.C.Bhuvanasundari. No appearance for the respondents.

JUDGMENT

This Appeal has been filed by the Insurance Company challenging the quantum of compensation viz., Rs.1,54,600/- (Rupees one lakh fifty four thousand and six hundred only) awarded by the Tribunal on 17.11.2016 made in M.C.O.P.No.130 of 2013 on the file of the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal/Special Sub Judge, Erode.

2. There is no representation for the Respondents. It is reported that the Claimant has not preferred any Appeal for enhancement. 3.The learned counsel for the Appellant seeks permission to withdraw the present C.M.A., and seeks six weeks' time to deposit the entire amount awarded by the Tribunal. Mr.G.B.Saravana Bhavan, Area Manager of the Appellant company also made an endorsement to that effect. The claimant is entitled to withdraw the entire award amount, deposited by the Insurance Company.

4.In view of the endorsement made by the Area Manager of the Appellant, this Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. Reliance General Insurance Company Limited, 1st Floor, North Wing Mandi Plaza Street, Marks Road, Bangalore 560 001 Counsel for the appellant This National Lok Adalat award is passed in terms of the above settlement.
